"Theories In Chaos:
With Regards To Sun Zu"

Peace is the brief, still moment between wars. All things are
destroyed by another. Victory, much like pain, must be prepared
for.

Planning is the key to any success. Timing helps, but does not
guarantee a triumphal outcome. A solid stratagem is the blood of
ascendancy.

This, along with perseverance, is the backbone of achievement.
Taking a method and implementing it thoroughly moves the goal
forward. Be flexible, but work the plan. Refinement should be part
of the process.

The siege may be long, and setbacks will appear. Knowing this
lessens the chances of catastrophic failure. Writing, like
life, is risky. That's all part of the battle.

Life is war.

"Theories In Chaos:
Moralities Of Horror"

by

Horror since the very earliest times has been about morality. Even beyond the typical struggle between good and evil, but more so to an immediate karma (e.g. 'he reaps what he sows'). The characters, through action or inertia, bring about their fate...or anothers'.

A good example of this is the classic tale of FAUST. In this story Faust sells his soul to the Devil in return for unimaginable powers, but then never expects to give the Devil his due. In the end, Faust gets what he deserves.

Sometimes it's less obvious or direct, but the patterns are usually there. So, what is the moral to this story? Good fiction serves truth as much as honesty. Or, a little forethought saves a lot of regrets. Who can say for sure? I leave that to your judgement.

"They"
by
W.B. Vogel

They are born of shadows,
Somewhere between the worlds,
Fear feeds their hollow form,
Strength without flesh,
Void without dream,

They are the agony
Inside of a scream.

"Nihil Locus"
by

Blood cries as murder,
The sunlight is cold,
Her eyes fade in starlight,
With a glory untold,

Eclipse engulfs the moon,
As twilight takes my heart,

Dusk smothers her radiance,
As twilight takes my heart,

The stars flicker away,
The twilight takes my heart.
