"Anamnesis"
by
W.B. Vogel
Pondering, my soul is wandering
The shadows of a long-dead day,
The simplicity of blood carries
Fragments of the spirit
Etched deep within the cells,
A cold remembrance of her heart
Warms mine, like stars upon the void,
Voiceless, in still silence roars
Her spirit as the essence
Haunts serenity.

"Locus"
by

Open wounds show crimson entries,
My self-reflections fail me,
As she left my heart so empty,
Drowning in these agonies,
Dreams are all dead, and buried,
With graveflowers for my love,
But no stone to mark the locus.
