"Her Eyes An Ocean"
by
W.B. Vogel
In her eyes there dreams an ocean,
But there's a Hell within my blood,
Fingers trace the exit wound,
Of my heart,
The blood-drops form like graveflowers,
Beneath my love.

This needed fixing, and a name change...
"Oblivion"
by
W.B. Vogel
My heart is an abyss,
From which no light shall ever shine,
Darkness fills the hollow place,
Where dreams of her, loving me,
Lie cold and still,
And still I wait, for her,
Like the glimmer upon morbid stars,
Deep inside this black noise,
That's the oblivion of my heart,
She is worth all pain.

"Agony"
by
W.B. Vogel
Sometimes love hurts more than truth,
Shadows like blood-drops paint the moon,
Swallowing a heart left cold, bare,
Severing all hopes now left dead, pale.

"The Days Went Dark"
by
W.B. Vogel
The days went dark,
The day that she ignored me,
I was left a burned-out wreck,
Had my thoughts been too free with her,
Or had they been too spare?
How often I have thought on this,
And wondered what I did,
Had I tried to push too hard?
As now I try to exist without her,
Through this pain I try to live.
